We are excited to have you joining us for Board Leadership Lethbridge, Here are a few details you need to know:

Information for Friday:

  1. Registration and check-in will be from 6:30 - 7:00 PM in the Garden Court.

  2. Parking is available in parking lots near the Garden Court, there is a map attached.  Parking is free, and no passes are needed. Lots K-O and GC are closest.

  3. Opening remarks will be at 7:00 PM and the evening will be done around 9:00 PM

  4. There will be coffee, tea, and light snacks provided.

Information for Saturday:

  1. Registration and check-in will be from 8:00 - 8:30 AM just inside the main doors of the Instructional Building (IB)

  2. Parking is available in either parking lot beside the IB, there is a map attached.  Parking is free, and no passes are needed. Lots E and B are closest.

  3. Opening remarks will be at 8:30 am, the first session will start at 8:45, and the day will be done around 4:30

  4. Lunch is provided with your registration, and will be served in the Garden Court in the main part of the Polytechnic. There will be volunteers to help you find your way.

  5. There will be coffee, tea, and light snacks available at the morning and afternoon breaks. If you require coffee to get you through the first session in the morning, please bring that with you.
